Our Story

From One Machine to Central Florida's Most Trusted Fence Manufacturer

In 2010, Rajesh Patel — a materials engineer with deep knowledge of PVC extrusion — noticed the same problem across Central Florida: homeowners were paying too much for vinyl fences made far away, shipped across the country, marked up by distributors, marked up again by retailers, and still not built to survive Florida's intense sun and humidity.

He knew exactly what high-quality UV compound looked like. He knew that if you manufactured locally — controlling every step from raw PVC pellet to finished panel — you could deliver better quality at a lower price and stand behind it completely.

Maruti Fence opened in 2010 with one extruder, a rented 3,000 sq ft warehouse, and three employees. In that first year, we installed 47 fences. The quality of those jobs built a reputation faster than any advertisement could.

Today we operate four extrusion lines in our 18,000 sq ft plant, carry over 100 fence profiles, and have proudly served more than 5,000 families across Central Florida. Every fence still carries our name — because we still make every part of it.

2010

Maruti Fence Founded

1 extruder · 3 employees · rented warehouse. First 47 fences installed in Orlando and Kissimmee.

The Beginning
2012

Second Extrusion Line Added

Demand doubled. Added a second line, 25 new profiles, and crossed 500 total installations.

2014

Moved to 12,000 sq ft Plant

New facility with dedicated warehousing, showroom, and a quality control lab. Team grew to 12 people.

2016

Wood Grain Effect Line Launched

First in Central Florida to offer in-house wood grain co-extrusion. Authentic texture — zero wood maintenance.

2018

Color Vinyl Program

Launched co-extruded color fences: tan, clay, slate gray, Hartford green, and matte black — all UV-stabilized for Florida.

2020

Horse & Ranch Line Expanded

Full equestrian and agricultural fence range launched. Partnered with Osceola and Lake County farm communities.

We source UV-stabilized PVC specifically engineered for high-UV, high-humidity climates. Standard compound yellows and becomes brittle — ours is formulated to handle 20 Florida summers without degrading.

Precision Profile Extrusion

Our extruders melt the compound and push it through custom steel dies — machined to our exact specifications for wall thickness, corner radius, and channel depth. We own all 100+ dies outright.

Calibration & Water Cooling

Profiles pass through precision calibration tooling and cooling tanks where final dimensions are locked in. Our tolerances are tighter than industry standard — which is why our boards always fit perfectly.

Quality Inspection

Every production run is inspected for color consistency, wall thickness, surface finish, and straightness. Profiles that don't meet our standard are reprocessed — they never reach your property.

On-Site Stock & Custom Fabrication

All profiles are warehoused in our Central Florida facility. Our installation crew pulls fresh stock for each job and fabricates panels to your exact property measurements — no pre-cut panels that almost fit.
